Publisher, Producer and Personal Manager, Oscar’s roots are in the entertainment industry. He has been at the forefront of the nostalgia rock music genre for over 30 years. Oscar represents Fabian, Chris Montez, Kathy Young, "Little" Peggy March, Johnny Tillotson, Dennis Trufano and Brian Hyland and produces concerts at major venues throughout the U.S. He produced the first live Oldies Rock ‘n Roll pay-per-view TV broadcast before 85,000 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and The Mamas & Papas “California Dreamin” tour for the California Department of Tourism. He is currently the Executive Producer of "The Chris Montez Story" a documentary feature film.

Oscar is an active member of the Board of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and has served as its Chairman of the Board. He is a tireless advocate for Hollywood’s iconic role for tourism in California and as an economic engine for the entire Los Angeles region.

He is the Publisher of DISCOVER HOLLYWOOD Magazine, a free quarterly publication for "people who love Hollywood" that has a 75,000 distribution and provides visitors and residents information about the unique culture and lore of Hollywood.

In 1998, the California Travel Industry Association named Oscar to the California Tourism Hall of Fame. Oscar received The Golden Award in 2009 for his contribution to the Hollywood community from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation.

In addition, Oscar received a Special Recognition Award from the Hollywood Arts Council, a Special Commendation from the Armenian Business Alliance of California, and the 2018 Man of the Year Award from the Hollywood Business and Professional Women.

Nyla Arslanian Nyla Arslanian

Nyla Arslanian, Vice President and Chief Financial officer, has a business background managing law firms and manufacturing representative companies. Prior to forming Arslanian & Associates, she was a relocation counselor assisting companies relocating personnel into the Los Angeles area.

A pioneer in the cultural tourism movement in Los Angeles as well as one of the city's strongest advocates for the arts, Nyla is the Editor of DISCOVER HOLLYWOOD Magazine, a 75,000 copy quarterly publication now in its 35th year. The mission of the magazine is to inform residents and visitors about the unique culture and lore of Hollywood.

Nyla served as President of the Hollywood Arts Council from 1984 to 2014 creating many of the Council's programs including its annual Charlie Awards Luncheon, the Children's Festival of the Arts and its Project S.O.A.R. after school art workshops. She is now President Emeritus.

Nyla has received numerous awards including the Community Arts Award from the Hollywood Arts Council. Assembly District 24 Shero Award, Woman's New Year Award from Congressman Adam Schiff, Susan B. Anthony Award from the Hollywood Business and Professional Women, and the Award of Excellence from the Womens Club of Hollywood

Nyla has served on many boards including the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Griffith Park Neighborhood Council, and the Los Feliz Improvement Association. She's on the advisory board of Hollywood Heritage, Inc., and LACER.

A native Los Angelino, she and her husband, Oscar, live in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.

Arslanian & Associates community involvement centers on Hollywood and its arts through involvement with the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Hollywood Arts Council. The firm was instrumental for creating the Council's "Discover Hollywood: A Festival of the Arts" campaign that included events, outdoor billboards and a publication. In 1994, Discover Hollywood Magazine was spun off from the Hollywood Arts Council to the non-for-profit, Hollywood Is A Festival, Inc. and the same year Arslanian & Associates was contracted by the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency to write the Tourism Marketing Plan for Hollywood. Also that year, Oscar was named to the California Tourism Hall of Fame for his work promoting Hollywood. The firm acquired Discover Hollywood in 2006, expanded it to a quarterly and today it continues to be the only source of information about Hollywood, the place. It is the Heartbeat of Hollywood.

Oscar served as Chairman of the Board of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce in 1999-2000. Nyla Arslanian served as president of the Hollywood Arts Council 1984-2014. They are recognized leaders in the arts and tourism industries in Hollywood and both have received numerous awards for their service to the community.

Both Oscar and Nyla Arslanian have received numerous recognition from such government entities as the U.S. Congress, California State Senate, California State Assembly, County of Los Angeles, and the City of Los Angeles in honor of their community service and contributions.

In 2010 Oscar and his wife Nyla were recipients of the Anastasia K. Mann Leadership Award from the Travel and Tourism Marketing Association of Southern California for their vision and direction as leaders at the forefront of the Southern California Tourism Industry and in 2011 they received the Hollywood Star Award for their dedication and commitment to Hollywood.
